TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a single public contract (no lots). It is a standard public contract. The public contract is treated as a global lump sum price fixed in the commitment document. All of the services to be performed are described in the special technical specifications (CCTP) as well as in the detailed technical program (PTD). The contract is concluded from the date of its notification until the unconditional acceptance of the services. The execution deadlines are specified in the CCAP, CCTP and in the detailed execution schedule of the Contractor’s services. The works must be completed no later than the end of January 2029.
