TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a single public contract (no lot). It is a regular public contract. The public contract is handled at a global and lump sum price set in the deed of commitment. All services to be performed are described in the special technical clauses booklet (CCTP) as well as in the detailed technical program (PTD). The contract is concluded from the date of its notification until unconditional acceptance of the services. The execution deadlines are specified in the general administrative clauses (CCAP), the CCTP and the detailed schedule for the execution of the Contractor's services. The works must be completed no later than the end of January 2029. The validity period of offers is set at SIX (6) months from the deadline for submission of tenders.
