The total duration of the contract is 48 months, starting from its notification to the successful bidder.

The firm tranche, concerning the Hanot Mozart school complex, begins on the date the notification is acknowledged as received. Any optional tranches will commence upon the date of notification of their confirmation order.

For each tranche, the project management services conclude at the end of the perfect completion guarantee period, or later if any reservations noted during reception are not fully addressed by that time.

Key phases and their durations include:

• Studies phase: This phase has a maximum duration of 6 months, which includes the time required for the client to validate the project management elements.
• Works phase: The estimated duration for the works on each building is 12 consecutive months, or it may be spread over two school years.
• Perfect completion guarantee period: This period for all works under the project management contract is 12 months.

The core scope of work for this tender involves a comprehensive mission spanning several study phases: Esquisse (ESQ), Avant-Projet Sommaire (APS), Avant-Projet Détaillé (APD), and Etude de Projet (PRO).

• Esquisse (ESQ): Analysis of the program and site, exploration and proposal of various solutions, preliminary energy assessment, presentation of technical principles, surface tables, evaluation of urban planning regulations and financial compatibility, and establishment of a provisional general calendar.
• Avant-Projet Sommaire (APS): Definition of the general composition in plan and volume, ensuring compatibility with existing structures and regulations, assessment of interior/exterior aspects, examination of network connections, justification of technical solutions (especially energy performance), specification of a realization calendar, and a provisional cost estimate for works.
• Avant-Projet Détaillé (APD): Determination of detailed surfaces, finalization of plans, sections, and elevations, specification of materials and their characteristics, establishment of a definitive cost estimate for works, and updating the overall project schedule.
• Etude de Projet (PRO): Defining the general conception of the work, detailing the forms of construction elements, material nature and characteristics, implementation conditions, and determining implantation.

The mission also entails compiling all necessary documentation for administrative authorizations, such as building permits, and ensuring compliance with applicable general administrative clauses for public works contracts and technical execution modalities for public clients. Across all phases, the work involves regular compilation of meeting reports with the client and continuous monitoring and updating of the general provisional project calendar. The client is responsible for defining the operation's program, including sustainable development objectives, and the provisional financial envelope.
