The contract has a total duration of 48 months, starting from its notification to the holder.

• Firm tranche: Begins on the date of acknowledgment of receipt of the notification.
• Optional tranches: Commence from the date of notification of the firming order for the duration specified in that document.
• Study phase: Has a maximum duration of 6 months, which includes the client's validation periods for the project management mission elements.
• Work phase: The estimated duration of works per building is 12 consecutive months, or it can be staggered over two school years.
• Perfect completion guarantee period: This period for all works of the project management contract is 12 months. The project management services for each tranche conclude upon the expiration of this guarantee period, or later if any reservations noted during reception are not lifted by the end of this period.

Deliverables include a summary presentation note, graphical formalization of the proposed solution (mass plan, level plans, volumetric expression), an estimated energy balance, a note on technical principles, and surface tables. This phase also includes an administrative note on urban planning regulations, an economic note on budget compatibility, and a general provisional schedule.
• Avant-Projet Sommaire (APS) - Preliminary Draft Studies: This phase aims to refine the general composition in plan and volume, ensure compatibility of interventions with existing structures, and detail various aspects. Deliverables include graphical formalization (site integration plan, plans, sections, elevations at 1/200 scale), a description of technical principles (construction methods, materials, finishes, fluid management, energy solutions), detailed surface tables, an estimated energy balance, a note on energy performance, and an initial assessment of passive summer comfort. Administratively, it includes a note on applicable urban planning regulations. Economically, it provides a provisional cost estimate for works and a note on estimated energy renovation savings. Management deliverables include meeting minutes and updates to the general provisional schedule.
• Avant-Projet Définitif (APD) - Detailed Preliminary Draft Studies: Building on the APS, this phase determines detailed surfaces, finalizes dimensions and appearance in plans, sections, and facades, defines constructive, foundation, and structural principles, specifies materials, and justifies technical solutions, particularly regarding technical installations, connections, and achievable energy performance.
• Etude de Projet (PRO) - Project Studies: These studies define the general conception of the work, specifying forms of construction elements, materials, their characteristics, and implementation conditions through detailed plans, sections, and elevations. They also determine implantation and other elements.
• Assistance pour la Passation des Contrats de Travaux (ACT) - Assistance for Awarding Construction Contracts: This phase provides support to the project owner for the award of construction contracts.

The mission also includes the establishment of a general provisional operational schedule, prepared in collaboration with the project owner, covering study and validation timelines, administrative deadlines for urban planning permits, public works contract awards, and provisional schedules for works execution and project reception. The estimated duration for the study phase is a maximum of 6 months, including validation times by the project owner, and the estimated duration for the construction works per building is 12 consecutive months or staggered over two school years. A perfect completion guarantee period of 12 months is also specified for the entire work contract.
