TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is awarded through an open tender procedure. This consultation concerns a design services contract (without preliminary design / feasibility study) relating to the energy and thermal renovation of the Consortium Museum building as well as the redistribution of its spaces and modification of its circulation. The contract consists of a firm tranche. The contract includes the design mission elements entrusted to the contractor which include: 1/ Basic mission: - Preliminary design / Building permit; - Detailed design; - Assistance to contract award / Tender files / Invitations to tender - Visa; - Site supervision; - Assistance to the contracting authority during the guarantee period. 2/ Additional missions: - Diagnostics; - Coordination and sequencing; - Health and safety coordinator (in the design phase); - Construction project management; - Studies for photovoltaic systems (FAISA) This contract is awarded through an open tender procedure.
