TENDER DESCRIPTION

Design-build (“maîtrise d’oeuvre”) competition on scheme design (“esquisse”). The details of the missions entrusted to the successful tenderer are set out in the specifications. The services are paid by lump-sum prices. The project covers the Ouche Dinier primary and preschool schools, with the renovation of the primary school including the treatment of school courtyards with natural, equal and inclusive grounds (CNEI) and its energy renovation; as well as the new construction of its school canteen/restaurant; and finally the restructuring of the kitchen of the preschool restaurant. The project’s priority objectives are: - Energy renovation works, summer and winter comfort, for the two buildings of the primary school: one in R+2 of 936 m² of SU and the other in ground floor (RDC) of 393 m² SU. - Construction of a primary canteen/restaurant with a capacity of 170 seated places of approximately 382 m² SU. - Treatment of approximately 3,140 m² of primary school courtyards in CNEI. - Total reconfiguration works of 65 m² SU for the restaurant kitchen of the preschool school.
