TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract is to set up a supplementary provident scheme for the employees of CÔTE D’AZUR HABITAT for the risks covered by this act of commitment and according to the guarantees selected by CÔTE D’AZUR HABITAT, as well as for officials under the public status of Côte d'Azur Habitat in application of Articles L. 827-1 to L. 827-12 of the General Code of the Public Service.
