TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract is for the provision of picking services (manual collection of waste in public areas) and manual sweeping of the municipality’s roads and public areas. It includes the following services: - the manual collection of abandoned waste ("picking") consistently over the total duration of the service as set out in the CCTP; - the manual sweeping of pavements, squares and walkways over the total duration of the service; - cleaning of public spaces, open green spaces and contiguous Play Areas; - sweeping/cleaning of schoolyards in addition to the mechanized cleaning contract; - emptying litter bins, replacing bags and perimeter cleaning; - collection of small bulky items and scattered waste in accordance with the arrangements set out in CCTP Article 11; - occasional services ordered by purchase orders.
