TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract is for the provision of picking services (manual collection of waste on public space) and manual sweeping of the town’s roads and public areas. It includes the following services: - the manual collection of abandoned waste ("picking") in a consistent manner over the total duration of the contract as provided for in the CCTP; - the manual sweeping of sidewalks, squares and walkways over the total duration of the contract; - cleaning of public areas, open green spaces and adjacent play areas; - cleaning of school courtyards in addition to the mechanical cleaning contract; - emptying litter bins and replacing liners/sacks and perimeter cleaning; - collection of small bulky items and scattered waste according to the arrangements set out in the CCTP Article 11; - specific one-off services ordered by purchase orders.
