Run applicatif

The contract timeline is as follows:

The initial contract duration is twelve (12) months. The execution of services commences on the date of the contract's notification. The contract is subject to tacit renewal on its anniversary date for an additional twelve (12) months, establishing a maximum total duration of twenty-four (24) months. A decision not to renew must be communicated to the contractor at least three (3) months before the end of the current period.

A transitional period of three (3) months is included to ensure service continuity during any change of contractor. This period facilitates the handover of knowledge and documentation from the outgoing contractor to the incoming one, occurring at both the commencement and conclusion of the contract. This transitional period is integrated into the overall contractual duration and is not considered an extension.

Furthermore, an exceptional prolongation of up to five (5) months is possible if there are delays in the award of a subsequent contract. This prolongation covers services actually performed and concludes once the next contract is awarded.

The core scope of work for this tender is divided into three technical lots: "Run applicatif" (Application Run), "Expertise technique" (Technical Expertise), and "Assistance à maîtrise d’œuvre SIRH" (Assistance to HRIS Project Management).

The organizational scope places the Direction des Systèmes d’Information (DSI) in charge of assistance to project management (AMOA) and project management (MOE) for the development and maintenance of applications. The DSI is also responsible for piloting this market in conjunction with the DNA for contractual matters.

The deliverables for this tender encompass a range of items, including configurations, developments (such as source codes, scripts, and files), databases, various forms of documentation, reports, manuals, notes, and interfaces.
