TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this consultation is the cleaning of the pools, their pool decks and surrounding areas, the changing rooms, sanitary facilities, showers, reception premises and administrative premises of the Aggloceane swimming pools in Vernouillet and Saint-Rémy-sur-Avre. The contract services will be the subject of a composite contract concluded: - in part in the form of an ordinary contract at a global and lump-sum price based on the breakdown of the global and lump-sum price (DPGF) for routine and periodic cleaning services for the premises, according to the frequencies defined in the CCTP. - in part in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders under Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code for one-off services not included in the lump sum, in particular in-depth cleanings or restoration work, exceptional interventions (events, significant soiling) and additional service support, as follows: Annual order minimum: no minimum / Annual maximum order amount: 20 000 euro(s) excl.
