TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation is for the cleaning of the pools, their pool decks and surroundings, the changing rooms, sanitary facilities, showers, reception premises and administrative premises of the Aggloceane swimming pools in Vernouillet and Saint-Rémy-sur-Avre. The services under the contract will be carried out under a composite contract concluded: - in part in the form of an ordinary contract with a global and lump-sum price, based on the breakdown of the global and lump-sum price (DPGF) for ongoing and periodic cleaning services for the premises, according to the frequencies defined in the CCTP. - in part in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders in application of Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code for one-off services not included in the lump sum, in particular deep cleaning or restoration work, exceptional interventions (events, major soiling) and additional service capacity, as follows: Annual order minimum: no minimum / Annual order maximum amount: 20 000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT) This consultation is for the cleaning of the pools, their pool decks and surroundings, the changing rooms, sanitary facilities, showers, reception…
