TENDER DESCRIPTION

In return for payment of a licence fee, the contractor grants IN2P3 the right to use software products from the DS offering. The licences associated with these products listed in this contract are either granted on rental terms or have been acquired by IN2P3 and can be used through an annual right of use. In accordance with its offer, the contractor processes the order and delivers it in a dematerialised manner to the dematerialised delivery address stated by the contracting authority on the purchase order. The contractor must provide maintenance for the licences listed in the unit price schedule (BPU) and the estimated quantitative breakdown (DQE), as well as their updates and any new products that would appear during the term of the contract in accordance with Article 9.3.1 of these General Terms and Conditions (CCP) relating to the update of references and licences. The right to use each reference of a DS offering covered by this contract is conditional on the associated licence model.
