TENDER DESCRIPTION
The technical specifications are described in the Special Technical Conditions Document and the annexes of the lot. The consultation file includes a base solution and an alternative solution regarding the level of the deductible. The base solution and the alternative solution will be analyzed separately from each other according to the same award criteria defined in the consultation rules. The company must necessarily respond to both the base solution and the alternative solution; failing this, their offer will be considered irregular.
