TENDER DESCRIPTION

The property damage and related risks insurance compensates for the destruction, damage or theft of the equipment, premises and property of SYTRAL Mobilités in the event of claims. For lot no. 1, the contracting authority requires the submission of an alternative variant solution to the base offer. The response to the base offer is mandatory. The variant solution must relate to: the rate of the premium excluding tax (HT) and the amount of the annual premium including tax (TTC), taking into account the general deductible of 5,000 euro(s), with the same guarantees (Article 5.3 of the CCP, in the capacity of CP). The minimum requirements to be met are set out in a dedicated section of the CCTP for the relevant lot.
