TENDER DESCRIPTION

The insurance for property damage and related risks indemnifies SYTRAL Mobilités for the destruction, damage or theft of equipment, premises and equipment/material in the event of incidents. For lot no. 1, the contracting authority requires the submission of an alternative variant solution to the base offer. The response to the base offer is mandatory. The variant solution must cover: the rate of the HT (excluding tax) premium and the amount of the annual TTC (including tax) premium taking into account the general excess of 5,000 euro(s), with the same guarantees. (Article 5.3 of the CCP, serving as CP.) The minimum requirements to be met are set out in a dedicated paragraph of the CCTP for the relevant lot.
