TENDER DESCRIPTION

Property damage insurance and related risks indemnifies the destruction, damage or theft of the equipment, premises and equipment/material belonging to SYTRAL Mobilités in the event of claims. For lot No. 1, the contracting authority requires the submission of an alternative variant solution to the base offer. The response to the base offer is mandatory. The variant solution must cover: the rate of the HT (excluding tax) premium and the amount of the annual TTC (including tax) premium, taking into account the general excess of EUR 5,000 with the same guarantees (Article 5.3 of the CCP, serving as CP). The minimum requirements to be met are set out in a dedicated section of the CCTP for the relevant lot.
