TENDER DESCRIPTION

Facades of block 1 excluding 3.2: Traditional facades, curtain walls, cladding, EWI and associated works. The main services notably include: • aluminum glazed curtain walls types 1.1, 1.2 and 1.6, from ground floor up to R+5 depending on buildings and orientations; • glazed entrance lobbies of buildings A and B; • ventilated metal claddings in anodized aluminum cassettes of building B, from R+2 to R+7; • external thermal insulation systems with coating on insulation of patios, courtyards and technical terraces of buildings A and B; • glazed frames, comfort-opening frames, fireman openings, louver grills, doors integrated into facades and smoke extraction works; • a single-pitched aluminum canopy on building A; • copings, flashings, metal soffits, sealants, C+D treatments, interior and exterior claddings, supports for cameras and signage; • supply, installation and fine-tuning of interior and exterior blinds associated with different facade typologies; • final cleaning of all existing and newly completed facades.
