TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender covers exclusively Lot No. 03 “Cold process” of the renovation operation for the La Plagne Tarentaise bobsleigh venue. The other works lots will be the subject of a subsequent consultation. The anticipated lotting-out for the operation, which may change, is specified in the CCAP. This lot is launched in advance in order to take account of the equipment manufacturing lead times and to enable the installation to be recommissioned for the 2027-2028 winter season. The services will be carried out in coordination with the other lots, according to the phasing and procedures provided in the contract documents. The services include in particular the removal and disposal of the three existing refrigeration units at R507, the treatment of the refrigerant, the replacement of the water cooling towers with two air coolers (“gas-coolers”) and the installation of three new refrigeration units at CO2 (R744). They also include the safety measures for the engine room, the modernization of controls and regulation, additional energy metering, as well as the reinstatement of the hydraulic networks and their insulation, in the engine room and in bends 6 and 15.
