TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the execution of works relating to the installation, renovation and modernization of municipal lighting installations (public lighting, sports lighting, decorative lighting and year-end illuminations), with associated maintenance, repair and standby services. The works and services are divided into two parts: Chapter A – Monitoring, maintenance, putting the lighting installations into a safe condition and monitoring of municipal lighting installations. Chapter B – Installation, repair, bringing into compliance, modernization of municipal lighting and decorations. The description of the services and works to be carried out is indicated in the CCTP. This contract is awarded under an Adapted Procedure in application of Articles L2123-1 and R2123-1-1° of the Public Procurement Code.
