TENDER DESCRIPTION
This consultation aims to carry out civil investigation services for the needs of Hauts-de-Seine Habitat - OPH. These services notably involve searching for information to identify the conditions of occupation of a dwelling, to determine, if applicable, a new known address, as well as the financial or asset situation of an individual, and more generally any civil investigation useful to the missions of the Office. The Contractor will also be responsible for conducting searches related to the identification of the heirs of debtors, as well as carrying out formalities with the concerned notaries.
