TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present consultation concerns the provision of civil investigation services for the needs of Hauts-de-Seine Habitat - OPH. These services notably include the search for information allowing the identification of the occupancy conditions of a dwelling, the determination, where applicable, of a new known address, as well as the financial or asset situation of an individual, and more generally any civil investigation useful to the missions of the Office. The Contractor will also be responsible for carrying out research related to the identification of the heirs of debtors, as well as procedures with the notaries concerned.
