TENDER DESCRIPTION

Preventive and corrective maintenance of roofs, glazing, gutters, rainwater downpipes and downspouts of the buildings of ÉNSA VERSAILLES. The contract is awarded in the form of a single-award framework agreement, executed in part at a lump-sum and fixed price and in part through the issuance of purchase orders. The lump-sum portion covers the preventive maintenance services defined in the CCTP, including in particular the scheduled periodic visits, inspection, cleaning and routine maintenance operations as well as minor repairs included in the fixed-price scope. The portion placed by purchase order covers corrective maintenance, repair and breakdown assistance services carried out as needed by ÉNSA VERSAILLES. The framework agreement is concluded with a single contractor. It is executed in accordance with the provisions of this CCAP, the CCTP, the BPU and the DPGF.
