TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation has the purpose of having, for the installations of HVAC engineering of the Youri Gargarine aquatic centre, the following services provided by the contractor and on behalf of the City of Argenteuil: - P2: Maintenance, operation, monitoring and control of technical installations - P3 (GER): Major maintenance, renewal and full guarantee of the installations - P3 (mandatory works): Renewal plan and imposed works - P5: Ancillary works: Ancillary works carried out as part of the contract. This contract is a resubmission of the previous contract covering the same subject (reference: 2026/BAT/07), and which was declared without further action.
