TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation is intended to have the following services provided, for the climate engineering installations of the Youri Gargarine aquatic centre, by the contractor and on behalf of the City of Argenteuil: - P2: Maintenance, operation, monitoring and control of technical installations - P3 (GER): Major maintenance, replacement and full guarantee of the installations - P3 (mandatory works): Renewal plan and imposed works - P5: Ancillary works: Ancillary works carried out as part of the contract. This contract is a re-tender of the previous contract covering the same subject (reference: 2026/BAT/07), which was declared without further action. Pursuant to Article L.1111-4 of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande publique), this is a public service contract.
