TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this consultation is the performance, on behalf of the City and CCAS of SAINT GENIS LAVAL, of the operation of the heating installations, domestic hot water (DHW), water treatment, air conditioning, ventilation, and GTC GTB of the buildings, in accordance with the CCAG for Current Supplies and Services, approved by the order of 30 March 2021, and with the recommendations of the “Guide to drafting the technical clauses of public contracts for the operation of heating with or without major maintenance of equipment and with an obligation of results”, approved by decision no. 2007-17 of 4 May 2007 of the Executive Committee of the OEAP (Public Procurement Economic Observatory) which replace the provisions of the previously applicable CCTG for heating operation contracts, with or without major maintenance of the installations (1987).
