TENDER DESCRIPTION

Operation and maintenance contract for HVAC systems of the Grigny heritage. The consultation concerns operation with maintenance and major servicing of the HVAC installations of the municipal buildings of the City of Grigny. The contract includes the following services: • P1: Energy supply (biomass) and management of supply on a single site • P2: Maintenance, operation, monitoring and control of technical installations (including supply of water treatment products) • P3 (GER): Major servicing, renewal and full warranty of installations • P3 (mandatory works): Renewal plan and imposed works • P5: Ancillary works: Ancillary works carried out within the framework of the contract All services are described in the Special Technical Specifications and any other document provided with this consultation dossier.
