TENDER DESCRIPTION

Operation and maintenance contract for HVAC installations of the Grigny estate. The consultation concerns the operation with maintenance and major servicing of the HVAC installations of the municipal buildings of the City of Grigny. The contract includes the following services: • P1: Energy supply (biomass) and supply management on a single site • P2: Maintenance, operation, monitoring and control of technical installations (including supply of water treatment products) • P3 (GER): Major servicing, renewal and full warranty of installations • P3 (mandatory works): Renewal plan and imposed works • P5: Ancillary works: Ancillary works carried out under the contract All services are described in the Special Technical Conditions and any other document provided with this consultation dossier for companies.
