TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services are paid for using lump-sum prices. This contract provides for the simultaneous achievement of the following six objectives: 1. Providing comfort (heating, domestic hot water (DHW), ventilation, air conditioning/cooling) described in the clauses of the CCP, 2. Operation, i.e. the monitoring and optimization of the operation of the installations 3. Maintenance and ensuring that the equipment is kept in proper working order (Heating DHW, ventilation, air conditioning/cooling), 4. Maintaining the safety conditions imposed by the various regulations in all installations covered by the maintenance contract, 5. Seeking energy savings and meeting the consumption targets defined in the Act of Commitment. 6.
