TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services are paid for by fixed prices. This contract provides for the simultaneous achievement of the following six objectives: 1. Provision of comfort (heating, DHW, ventilation, cooling) described in the clauses of the CCP, 2. Operation, i.e. the control and optimization of the operation of the installations, 3. Maintenance and upkeep in proper working order of the equipment (heating, DHW, ventilation, cooling), 4. Maintaining the safety conditions imposed by the various regulations in all installations covered by the maintenance contract, 5. Searching for energy savings and meeting the consumption targets defined in the Act of Commitment. 6.
