TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement is "composite". It includes an "ordinary contract" part and a "framework agreement with purchase orders" part. The estimated amounts are indicative and include similar envisaged services. This is a composite framework agreement, comprising: - an ordinary contract part for the supply and management of energy, maintenance and guarantee related to heat production installations, domestic hot water production, chilled water production and building ventilation; - a purchase order part in case of unforeseen works within the scope of the full warranty. It is a CP type framework agreement (Fuel and Service Contract) / CPI (Fuel and Service Contract with profit-sharing clause). This heating operation contract includes several types of contracts depending on the sites: - CP(I) type contract: P1 + P2 + P3 + Profit-sharing - (Fuel and Service - Operation and maintenance - Major maintenance and full warranty - Profit-sharing). - PF type contract: P2 + P3 - (Fixed Services - Operation and maintenance - Major maintenance and full warranty).
