TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes the services listed below: P2: Operation and minor maintenance throughout the term of the contract, P3: Full equipment warranty throughout the term of the contract, P9: unit price per m3 of treated domestic hot water. For the following areas: heating: heat production, heat distribution up to and including the emitters, air conditioning: cooling production, cooling distribution up to and including the emitters, DHW: DHW production, DHW distribution and water treatment (water softener, chlorination, thermal shock, any regulatory treatment to be applied), ventilation, ventilation auxiliaries up to the ventilation outlets/grilles.
