TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes the services listed below: P2: Operation and minor maintenance over the term of the contract, P3: Full equipment warranty over the term of the contract, P9: unit price per m3 of treated domestic hot water. For the areas: heating: heat production, heat distribution to and including the emitters, air conditioning: chilled water production, chilled water distribution to and including the emitters, the DHW (ECS): DHW production, DHW distribution and water treatment (water softener, chlorination, thermal shock, any regulatory treatment to be applied), ventilation, ventilation auxiliaries to and including the ventilation outlets/grilles.
