TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contract aims to have the Holder ensure, on behalf of the Community, under a performance-based contract, the operation of the installations: • heating, • production and distribution of domestic hot water, • air conditioning, • water treatment of heating, chilled water and domestic hot water networks, • disconnection and anti-pollution devices of all water networks, • emergency electrical power production by generator set, • Controlled Mechanical Ventilation and garage extraction, As well as: • occasional repair interventions carried out within the framework of technical assistance, relating to all types of electrical malfunctions or water leaks present in all establishments concerned by the Contract. This service covers the installations existing at the date of award of the Contract and those that may be attached to them.
