TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract aims to have the Contractor ensure, on behalf of the Authority, within the framework of a results-based contract, the operation of the installations: • heating, • production and distribution of domestic hot water, • air conditioning, • water treatment of heating, chilled water and domestic hot water networks, • disconnection and anti-pollution devices of all water networks, • backup electrical power generation by generator set, • Mechanical Ventilation (controlled) and garage extraction, As well as: • occasional repair interventions carried out as part of technical assistance, related to all types of electrical malfunctions or water leaks present in all establishments covered by the contract. This service covers the installations existing at the date of conclusion of the contract and those that may be connected thereto.
