• Temperature Monitoring and Network Balancing: Provision of temperature readings from 20 radio probes at technical meetings for analysis of static network balancing, temperature reduction, and proper functioning of air handling units (CTA). Balancing of static networks within the first year of the contract.
• Identification and Implementation of Control Devices: Identifying needs for control devices and costing their implementation if current ones are insufficient.
• Occupancy Schedule Optimization: Determining and optimizing basic occupancy schedules for intermittently occupied sites.
• Gas Supply Management (P1): The contractor is responsible for the supply of natural gas.
• Infrastructure Upgrades and Replacements:
• Replacement of the existing auxiliary boiler with a new 350 kW condensing boiler and integration of an existing boiler at Site N°2 Groupe Scolaire Jules Ferry.
• Supply and installation of water softeners on the domestic hot water (ECS) network at Site N°2 Groupe Scolaire Jules Ferry Sous Station Plurisport and for both ECS production and heating make-up water at Site N°13 Gymnase Haut des Places.
• Migration of GTC (Centralized Technical Management) telemanagement modems from 3G to 4G across various sites to ensure communication continuity.
• Documentation and Reporting: Production of a handover report within three months of the contract start. Establishment of a report after static network balancing.
• Compliance: Adherence to the Public Procurement Code and guidelines for drafting technical clauses for public heating operation contracts with an obligation of results.
