TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract aims to design, build the works and maintain the new Saint-Exupéry school in Vincennes for 8 years. The works will consist of: - Complete refurbishment of buildings A, D and part of building B (keeping only the existing structures); - Construction of a new building (on the site of the demolished building E); - Reconstruction of the deconstructed part of building B in the same way, with the maximum reuse of façade materials removed during the deconstruction (deconstruction outside the contract). - Complete renovation of the outdoor areas The contract includes a firm tranche and an optional tranche. This consultation is intended in particular to obtain a guarantee of quantified performance objectives defined notably in terms of energy efficiency or environmental impact. For these operations, performance monitoring will cover energy consumption, summer comfort in the building, and air quality in the premises intended for students. A whole-life cost analysis of the building and energy systems will be one of the factors for selecting the project.
