TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract’s objective is to design and carry out the works and to maintain the new Saint-Exupéry school in Vincennes for 8 years. The works will consist of: - Complete rehabilitation of buildings A, D and part of building B (keeping only the existing structures); - Construction of a new building (on the site of the demolished building E); - Reconstruction of the deconstructed part of building B to match the original design, with the maximum possible reuse of façade materials removed during the deconstruction process (deconstruction outside the contract). - Complete refurbishment of the outdoor areas The contract includes a firm tranche and an optional tranche. This consultation is intended in particular to obtain a guarantee of quantified performance objectives, defined in particular in terms of energy efficiency or environmental impact. For these operations, performance monitoring will cover energy consumption, summer comfort in the building, and air quality in the premises intended for students.
