TENDER DESCRIPTION

The overall operation comprises, for each of the technical district heating (TCR) projects:
 - Design-Build services, covering the execution of the studies and works necessary to:
 - Renovate a central boiler plant consisting of gas boiler(s)
 - Install heating and DHW separation heat exchangers in the substations that do not have them;
 - Insulate/calorifuge the networks and insulate the special points in the boiler plant and substations.
 - Operation-Maintenance services, with performance objectives, during which the CONTRACTOR shall operate and maintain the installations that it has carried out. The overall operation comprises, for each of the technical district heating (TCR) projects:
