TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation aims to award a public global performance procurement contract, within the meaning of Article L.2171-3 of the Public Procurement Code, for the operation of the following technical installations of the swimming pools of the City of Metz: - PISCINE LOTHAIRE, located at 44 rue Lothaire in METZ, including: - PISCINE BON PASTEUR, located at 10 rue Bon Pasteur in METZ, - PISCINE BELLETANCHE, located at rue de Belletanche in METZ, - PISCINE DU LUXEMBOURG, located at rue de Belle Isle in METZ, The contract includes the following services: - Technical operations and maintenance services (lots P2 and P3) - Design and delivery of works for the renewal of the Centralized Technical Management (GTC) - Design and delivery of works for energy optimization and improvement of water quality.
