TENDER DESCRIPTION

Given the performance objectives of the project owner for this operation, the Company has chosen to award a comprehensive performance contract in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2173-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The choice of such a method of award leads to the contract not being divided into lots and, de facto, to the use of a single contract. This comprehensive public performance contract includes services of: - Design and execution of rehabilitation, extension, construction, and exterior development works. - Operation and maintenance of the equipment, including those enabling the monitoring and compliance with performance requirements. It concerns the operation of rehabilitation and extension of the Cadenat school group (3 place Cadenat and rue Jobin) and construction of the CADENAT nursery on rue Jobin - 13003 Marseille. This project is described in the programmatic note and the "site file" attached to the Consultation Rules. The estimated provisional value of the contract is: 13,000,000 euros excluding VAT.
