TENDER DESCRIPTION

Given the performance objectives of the project owner for this operation, the Company has opted for the award of a global performance contract in accordance with the provisions of article L. 2173-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The choice of such a mode of award leads to the non-lotting of the contract and, de facto, to the use of a single contract. This global public performance contract includes the following services: - Design and implementation of rehabilitation, extension, construction works, external developments, and temporary buildings if applicable, - Operation and maintenance of the equipment including those allowing monitoring and compliance with performance requirements. It concerns the rehabilitation and new construction operation of the Castellas-Les-Lions school group, 10 avenue du Castellas - 13015 Marseille. The present project is described in the programmatic note attached to the Consultation Rules. The provisional amount of the contract is estimated at: 11,500,000 euros excluding VAT.
