TENDER DESCRIPTION

Given the performance objectives of the project owner for this operation, the Company has opted for the award of a global performance contract in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2173-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The choice of such a mode of award leads to no subdivision of the contract and, de facto, to the use of a single contract. This global public performance contract includes services for: - Design and execution of rehabilitation, extension, construction, exterior development works and provisional buildings where applicable, - Operation and maintenance of the equipment including those allowing the monitoring and compliance with performance. It concerns the rehabilitation and new construction operation of the Castellas-Les-Lions school group, 10 avenue du Castellas - 13015 Marseille. The present project is described in the programmatic note attached to the Consultation Rules. The estimated contract amount is: 11,500,000 euros excluding VAT.
