TENDER DESCRIPTION

Given the performance objectives of the project owner for this operation, the Company has chosen to award a global performance contract in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2173-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The choice of such an award method leads to the market not being divided into lots and, de facto, to the use of a single contract. This global public performance contract includes services of: - Design and Execution of rehabilitation, extension, construction works, external development and, if applicable, temporary buildings, - Operation and maintenance of the equipment, including those enabling monitoring and compliance with the performances. It concerns the rehabilitation or new construction operation of the St Tronc Castel Roc school group, 30 rue André Audoli - 13010 Marseille. The present project is described in the programmatic note attached to the Consultation Rules. The estimated value of the contract is: 11,500,000 euros excluding VAT. This amount includes: Design; Works; Operation - maintenance.
