TENDER DESCRIPTION

Given the performance objectives of the contracting authority (owner) for this project, the Company opted for the award of a performance-based contract in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2173-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The choice of such a form of award leads to non-splitting of the contract and, de facto, to the use of a single-award contract. This public performance-based contract includes services of: - Design and execution of rehabilitation works, extensions, construction, external works development and, where applicable, temporary buildings, - Operation - maintenance of the equipment, including in particular those measures enabling monitoring and compliance with performance requirements. It concerns the rehabilitation/new construction operation for the LES 3 Lucs school group, 375 avenue des Poilus, 13012 Marseille. This project is described in the programme note attached to the Tender Rules. The estimated contract amount is: EUR 10,000,000 excluding tax (HT).
