TENDER DESCRIPTION

Given the performance objectives of the contracting authority (owner) for this operation, the Company opted for the award of a performance-based contract in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2173-3 of the Public Procurement Code. Choosing such a form of award results in the contract not being divided into lots and, de facto, in the use of a single contract. This public performance-based contract includes services of: - Design and Construction of rehabilitation works, extensions, new construction, exterior improvements/landscaping and, where applicable, temporary buildings, - Operation - maintenance of the equipment, including, in particular, those that enable monitoring and compliance with performance requirements. It concerns the rehabilitation/new construction operation of the LES 3 Lucs school group, 375 avenue des Poilus, 13012 Marseille. This project is described in the programme note attached to the Rules of Consultation. The estimated contract amount is: EUR 10,000,000 excluding tax (HT).
