TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract includes optional phases defined in the specifications. The services are paid by unit prices and lump sums. This consultation concerns the awarding of a works contract concluded in the form of a contract combining operation and maintenance with the execution of the services relating to the construction of the New Hospital of the Salanais Region in order to meet quantified performance commitments, in application of article L.2171-3 of the Public Procurement Code (global performance contract).
