TENDER DESCRIPTION

“This consultation concerns a global sectoral contract (GSC) within the meaning of Article L2171-5 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP), for the design, construction, fit-out and facility maintenance of the Etoile des Neiges EHPAD in Briançon. The contracting authority may decide at any time not to proceed with the award procedure for the contract; in such case, it informs the candidates. The contracting authority reserves the possibility, during the competitive dialogue, to optimize, clarify or modify in a non-substantial manner the description of the needs, in particular through the programme and the draft contract. The award procedure will take place in three phases: the application phase, the dialogue phase and the final offers phase. The discussions will take place in successive rounds. The dialogue rounds will lead to the organization of meetings in the form of dialogue sessions and/or thematic workshops in order to enable the groups of candidate companies to make progress in the development of their APS+.
