TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is the provision of services relating to security guard services and, in particular, includes: • Monitoring of the buildings and protection of the staff working there; • Remote monitoring of the buildings in accordance with the service schedule as detailed in the part relating to the technical requirements of the special specifications, hereinafter referred to as “SSS”; • Opening and closing access to the buildings, including activation and deactivation of alarms; • Welcoming and identifying visitors; • Receipt of parcels, services or supplies in the absence of an agent; • Continuity of the telephone exchange; • Carrying out security patrols outside the buildings on weekends, public holidays and on days of exemption; • Rapid intervention in the event of the triggering of any alarm, or in the event of a malfunction/breakdown; • Contacting the technical service providers designated in the event that any technical anomaly is found in one of the buildings, and preparing the related incident report; • Regularly informing the Contracting Authority of the events observed during the performance of the services; The purpose of the contract is the provision of…
