TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract has the purpose of redeveloping Avenue du 8 mai 1945 (from Place Romée de Villeneuve to Rue Saint Exupéry) and the central plazas which are the 5 squares to be redeveloped scattered within the Encagnane district in Aix-en-Provence. It is a composite public contract consisting of: - Partly a contract; - Partly a framework agreement within the meaning of articles R. 2162-2 and following of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an economic operator. The "framework agreement" part will be executed partly by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and partly by the issuance of purchase orders.
